Today Samsung (through its German lawyers) has decided to finally once and for all clarify the situation about its the Region Lock policy.
Here is an example. Let’s say we purchase a Samsung device (a Region Lock enabled device) that is from one of the countries that Samsung calls “Europe Region”. To deactivate the Region Lock we must first insert a SIM card from one of the carriers in this region.
