Samsung Galaxy Gear 2 To Sport A Flexible Display?

Samsung first entered the wearable tech devices fray with the Galaxy Gear smartwatch. Introduced along with the very popular Galaxy Note 3, the Galaxy Gear offered many features yet, limitations at the same time, the biggest being it’s small compatibility list which is exclusive to select Galaxy smartphone devices. Samsung has promised to add more and more compatible devices, but the thing is, there are already other smartwatch which sports the same features as the Galaxy Gear, and compatible with most Android devices out there.

Understandably so, the Galaxy Gear is Samsung’s first ever wearable device, and there have been rumors that they will unveil it’s successor next month at MWC, with another one saying that it will be announced along with the Galaxy S5, which is rumored to not take place in MWC. And about it’s specs and features, a report by way of ZDNet says that the Galaxy Gear 2 will feature an improved design, taking out the dull and boring part from it’s precessor to make the smartwatch look more attractive. Furthermore, the device is said to sport a flexible OLED display, which in our opinion, suits wearable devices best rather than smartphones.
