We have said it before, and we’ll say it again. Samsung, with their huge lineup of Android devices, not to mention the bloatwares and extra features they add on each one of them, usually takes 2-3 months to roll-out the latest Android software updates. And now a new information from a close source regarding the company’s Android 4.4 KitKat plans has been tipped to Phandroid.
According to the source, the list are topped by Samsung’s flagship devices – the Galaxy Note 3 and the Galaxy S4 both which has already received the update. The Galaxy Note 2 and Galaxy S3 is set to receive the update as well which seems to match with our previous report. And as for the rest of the list, the other Samsung Galaxy devices to receive the Android 4.4 KitKat update are as follows.
- Samsung Galaxy Mega
- Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0
- Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini
- Samsung Galaxy S4 Active
- Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom
- Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0
