Like it’s rival Samsung, LG is looking to launch their next flagship smartphone ahead of schedule, according to Korean site Asiae.
The LG G2’s successor, which will be called the G3, is said to sport a 5.5-inch, 2560 x 1440 resolution display, that’s the same resolution as it’s upcoming rival, the Galaxy S5. The same source also stated that the G3 will be launch on May 17.
LG is also rumored to produce a bigger device soon, called the G Pro 2. The device is said to feature a 5.9-inch screen with the same 2560 x 1440 resolution as the G3, and will be announced at Mobile World Congress next month in Barcelona.
Take note that these are all rumors so take it as a grain of salt for now. We’ll keep you updated.
