Meet the new Kazam Android phones

In case you haven’t heard, Kazam is a new smartphone manufacturer that was recently founded by Michael Coombes and James Atkins, two former HTC UK officials. Today the company announced its first (not one or two) but seven new Android smartphones!

Kazam aims at really low-mid range devices judging from the specs of the phones it has just released. Two of these are more… high end and belong to the Thunder series and the rest are part of the Trooper series.

The largest of all is called Thunder Q5.0. Its brother is Thunder Q4.5 and it packs a quad core MediaTek chipset @1.3GHz with 1GB of RAM and also offers a 4.5 inch display @ 854×480 pixels. The Tropper models (X3.5, X4.0, Χ4.5, X5.0 και X5.5) are all dual core with 512MB of RAM, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with vanilla Android UI, microSD slots and detachable batteries.

Kazam also offers a free display replacement to all owners in case it gets broken! We still have no more info regarding availability and prices. Read more here.
