When LG released it’s financial reports for the first quarter of this year, LG has also mentioned that it’s flagship offering for this year and the LG G2’s successor, the G3, will be released sooner than we were expecting. The company also stated that it expect a higher revenue in 2Q because of the release of the device, meaning, the device will finally be released on either May or June.
According to the past rumors, the LG G3 will feature the same back buttons as it’s predecessor and will sport a 5.5-inch QHD display with 2560 x 1440 resolution, powered by either a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800/801 processor, or LG’s own octa-core Odin processor. The device is also said to sport 2GB of RAM, a 16MP rear camera and will run on the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
