Korean LG G2 Now Getting Android 4.4 KitKat Update

Looks like LG is just in time to give their Korean users Christmas presents as they started to roll-out the Android 4.4 KitKat update for the G2. The update is about 637.39MB in size, which is about the same size that we’ve seen from other Android devices that received the update.

LG has already said before that they will be updating their flagship smartphone by the end of Q1 2014 and it’s only natural that they roll the update first in their home country. But what’s great is that we now know that the roll-out for the Android 4.4 KitKat update for the G2 has already begun. Which would be a great accomplishment as they are usually behind their rival Samsung when it comes to rolling out the latest OS updates.
