It looks like Mozilla’s first Firefox OS powered tablet is almost ready for an announcement as the company’s very own software developer, Asa Dotzle, has leaked the device and it’s specs on his blog post the other day.
Manufactured by Foxconn, the tablet device features a 10.1-inch IPS display with 1280 x 800 resolution. It is powered by a quad-core 1GHz Allwinner CPU that employs the ARM Cortex A-7, with a PowerVR SGX544MP2 GPU. It packs 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage expandable via a microSD card slot, a 5MP/2MP camera combo, and a 7000mAh battery.
