New Asus tablet

Thanks to a new leak, we now know what to expect with ASUS’ new and upcoming MeMO Pad tablet device. The new MeMO Pad will have the model name ME176C and is also tipped to carry a $150 price tag upon it’s launch.

Moving on with the specs department, we’re looking at a 7-inch tablet with a 1,280 x 800 resolution, powered by an Intel Atom quad-core Z3745 Bay Trail processor clocked at 1.33GHz, 1GB of RAM, 8GB/16GB of internal storage expandable via a microSD card slot, a 5MP/2MP camera combo, and a 3,910mAh battery. The new MeMO Pad tablet will be running on Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box with ASUS Zen UI on top as seen on the leaked image above.

That’s all we have for now and we’re not sure yet as to the $150 price tag will be on the 8GB or 16GB variant but we’ll keep you updated with that along with the device’s availability.
