Like Lenovo, French manufacturer Archos will not wait for CES to unveil their first set of smartphones for this year as today, they announced two new devices from their Helium series of smartphones – the 45 Helium and the 50 Helium.
The 45 and 50 Helium are both mid-range devices, sporting a Qualcomm quad-core processors clocked at 1.4GHz, and running on Android 4.3 which can be upgraded to the latest Android 4.4.2. Both devices also has LTE support as a bonus feature.
The 45 Helium features a 4.5-inch 845×480 (FWVGA) display, 4GB of storage, a 5MP camera, and a 1,700mAh battery. While the 50 Helium is better featuring a 5-inch 1280 x 720 HD display, 8GB of storage, a 2,000mAh battery, an 8MP camera, and Bluetooth 3.0.
Both smartphones carries an appealing price tag of $199 and $249 respectively.
